It is a routine matter for Documatics to import data both from legacy systems at the time of installation, as well as integration with third party solutions using our highly developed Application Programming Interface (API). Where appropriate we will link into existing systems such as accounts, payroll, CRM etc. or extract and condition data for import. Our extensive expertise in integrating with in-house data sources ensures that there is no duplicate data entry or lag time between updates and downstream systems.

Training

Your training academy

Once your Legal Evolve system is up and running, the next step is to ensure that you and your staff know how to use it. This is where our Training Academy comes in. Getting everyone to the same level is not always the easiest thing to do, so our Training Academy takes a modular approach to training; we have sessions that focus on the basics, and more advanced sessions that focus on as many details as you can handle!

We hold quarterly training academy days in locations throughout Ireland to bring you group based training for keys staff members to learn and share with other Legal Evolve uses at a similar level. Please see Training Academy for more details.
